-Scientific Management focused on the management of work and workers. Frederick W. Taylor's theme was that managerss should study work scientifically to identify the "one best way" to perform a task. Please briefly list the four principles of Taylor's scientific management: Scientific Job Analysis, Selection of Personnel, Management Cooperation and Functional Supervising.
-Administrative Management is the second perspective on classical Organizational theory. Henri Fayol, Luther Guklick and Max Weber are considered to be the primary contributor to Administrative Management. Please state what each letter in the acronym POSDCoRB stands for as formed by Luther Gulilck: Planning, Organizing, Staffing Directing, Coordinating, Reporting, Budgeting.

-Prior to the Nation At Risk Report, state education policy tended to focus on inputs and processes, not on outputs such as student academic achievement. With the rise of international economic and educational comparisons, states began to focus their policy on standards, accountability, and the improvement of student academic achievement. Statewide assessment systems were implemented nationwide.
